Sarah Viera Events planned a gorgeous wedding held at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The couple celebrated their wedding surrounded by family, friends, and the beauty of the mountains. Their invitations featured a hand-painted illustration of the venue, setting the tone for a classic and elegant day.
The bride got ready in a lace robe and slippers, sharing a champagne toast with her bridal party. Her makeup and hair was done by the lovely The Day Hair and Makeup. She later slipped into her strapless lace gown with a long train and veil designed by Lee Petra Grebenau. Her bridesmaids wore sage satin gowns and carried white bouquets, perfectly complementing her timeless style. The groom wore a white tuxedo jacket with a black bow tie, his groomsmen in black tuxedos. The guys gathered for portraits on the terrace with the mountains in the background, setting the scene for the ceremony to come.
The ceremony took place outdoors, at The Broadmoor, with sweeping views of the lake and mountains. A floral arch with white roses and greenery, designed by Layers of Lovely, stood above the couple. They exchanged heartfelt vows before celebrating with a champagne spray under the arch. Guests enjoyed a cocktail hour, outside by the fountain, before moving indoors for an elegant reception. Nuage Designs helped transform the ballroom with long tables covered in patterned linens complete with gold chairs and white floral arrangements. Chandeliers were draped with greenery and flowers, further adorning the space.
The evening was filled with romance, from the couple’s first dance to heartfelt toasts and cake cutting. Live music by Jordan Kahn Music Company kept guests celebrating late into the night. Our bride later changed into a feathered strapless mini dress, perfect for dancing alongside her groom. The celebration concluded with an after-party at The Golden Bee, where friends and family continued the festivities. This couple’s wedding day was a beautiful blend of elegance, romance, and fun, a true reflection of their love story. I am thankful to have captured it all!
